Spare Parts Production from Üstün Otomat Turkey to the World
Founded in 1978 by İsmet Üst in Izmir, Üstün Otomat has been operating in Bornova 4th Industrial Site for many years. Today, it continues its activities as a modern spare parts production factory that gathers all units of machining under one roof in Turgutlu Organized Industrial Zone.
Üstün Otomat offers a wide range of products by producing 5 axis machining center parts, CNC lathe, CNC milling, CNC sliding automaton, CNC polygon, grinding and lapping parts. The share of automotive industry products in our production is 30% and the rest of the products appeal to many different sectors such as agricultural and textile machinery industry, hydraulics, aviation, defense, diagnostic industry, water pumps, wind and solar energy systems, construction machinery parts and fasteners.
With our state-of-the-art machinery, we have the capacity to process spare parts of all sizes and shapes. Our company, which produces in accordance with ISO 9001 international quality standards, employs a qualified and experienced team of 80 people.
In addition to its important business partners in Turkey, Üstün Otomat exports 80% of its production to countries such as Germany, Belgium, England, Sweden, the Netherlands, Italy, Italy and the USA. The high-tech and high quality parts we develop for the diagnostic and aircraft industries prove the importance we attach to innovation and the level of technology we have reached.
